Before initiating any billed legal work, I provide a free consultation to discuss each client’s goals and concerns to determine exactly what legal services are right for their objectives. And I maintain open lines of communication as the project progresses. I believe that client collaboration and reliable communication are essential to creating high-quality results.
I provide legal services on a project-by-project basis, without requiring a large upfront retainer. This allows you to access high-quality legal services within a budget that works, only when you need it. After your free consultation, I will provide a total estimate and require an advance deposit of that total estimate before beginning work. The hourly charges and costs will be billed against the deposit. Any advance deposit that is unused will be returned. If the project changes significantly or you want new additional work performed, we will discuss how to complete that work within your budget.
