Education & Bio
Nick was admitted to the California State Bar in 2013 and has been practicing law for over 10 years. He graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in political science. In 2013, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of California College of the Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). In addition to achieving CALI Awards for being the highest-scoring student in Advanced Negotiation and in Law Practice Management, Nick earned a Concentration Certification in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He honed his business negotiation skills as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team all three years of law school by competing in national and international negotiation competitions. Nick also clerked at the San Francisco Superior Court and served as a volunteer mediator in San Francisco Small Claims Court.
Prior to launching his own Los Angeles based firm in 2020, Nick practiced business law and civil litigation at both small and large firms in the Bay Area. Nick has served as outside counsel to dozens of small to medium-sized businesses and has helped individuals resolve employment and family estate issues. He is licensed to practice law in the state courts of California (Bar #291935) and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
